Load-level freight broker invoices
Include your load number, customer reference, BOL or shipment number, origin, destination, pickup and delivery dates, equipment, and agreed rate. Separate linehaul, fuel, detention, layover, lumper, stop-off, or other approved accessorials so the shipper can match the invoice to the rate confirmation.
Proof of delivery and accessorial approval
Attach or reference the signed proof of delivery when required. Every accessorial should point to the event and written approval or supporting receipt. Verify the customer PO and submission channel before sending, because missing references can restart the payment clock.
