Privacy Policy

This policy applies to invoity.com, its public generators, optional account features, billing flows, support contact, and first-party product analytics.

Invoity is a brand and product operated by SweetHelp LLC. References to “Invoity” in this policy include that operator. The legal name may appear in checkout, receipts, billing communications, or payment records.

Invoity is a financial-document creation tool. It is not a bank, accounting firm, tax preparer, or payment processor.

Account data: name, email address, authentication method, account status, and subscription entitlement when you sign in.

Document data: business and customer details, document numbers, dates, addresses, line items, rates, tax, totals, notes, terms, logos, and signatures that you choose to enter.

Payment records: provider transaction or subscription identifiers, amount, currency, status, and billing email needed to confirm access. Payment-card details are entered in the hosted Dodo Payments checkout, not the Invoity document editor.

Usage and technical data: session identifier, pages and actions, document type, template, aggregate amount or item count for certain events, referrer, UTM parameters, browser information, IP address, and error or security logs.

An in-progress anonymous draft is stored in browser session storage so the live preview and checkout return can work. It is not automatically added to an Invoity account.

When you request a PDF, the document payload is transmitted to the Invoity backend for rendering and the resulting PDF is returned to your browser.

If you are signed in, a downloaded document is saved to your account so it appears in your dashboard. If you choose Save as template, the full editor payload is stored under the name you confirm.

• Start, verify, manage, and support Invoity Pro access.
• Measure acquisition, product use, conversion, reliability, and abuse.
• Respond to support, correction, privacy, or billing requests.
• Meet security, accounting, and legal obligations.

Invoity uses service providers only where needed to operate the product. These include Dodo Payments for hosted checkout and subscription processing, WorkOS AuthKit for authentication, infrastructure providers for hosting, database and PDF rendering, and analytics services for product measurement.

First-party analytics are sent directly to Invoity. Google Analytics may also be loaded when configured. Providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

Browser drafts remain in browser storage until the session or relevant storage is cleared. Signed-in documents and templates remain associated with the account until deleted or until retention is no longer needed to provide the service.

Account, subscription, payment, analytics, security, and support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Exact periods can differ by record type.

Invoity uses browser storage for authentication sessions, draft recovery, document numbering, checkout handoff, attribution, and basic product preferences. Analytics providers may set their own identifiers when enabled.

Blocking or clearing storage can sign you out, reset preferences, or remove an unsaved draft.

You can delete individual saved documents from the dashboard, cancel a subscription from billing, clear local browser data, and use browser controls for third-party cookies.

To request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy action, email [email protected]. We may need to verify the request before acting.

Production traffic uses HTTPS and HSTS. Invoity also applies security headers, restricted browser permissions, API rate limits, access controls, and server-side subscription checks.

No online service can promise absolute security. Do not enter passwords, full card details, Social Security numbers, or unrelated sensitive information into a financial document.

Invoity is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
