1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Invoity (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Invoity provides an online financial-document generation tool that allows users to create invoices, receipts, quotes, estimates, credit notes, purchase orders, delivery notes, tax invoices, and proforma invoices. The Service includes line-item totals, optional tax fields, discounts, shipping, amount paid, balance due, and PDF export.

3. Intended Use

Important: Invoity is intended for lawful business document creation and record-keeping.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include:

  • Creating fraudulent or misleading business records
  • Misrepresenting transactions, prices, payments, deliveries, customers, suppliers, or taxes
  • Tax evasion or any other illegal activity
  • Impersonating any person, customer, supplier, business, or organization without authorization

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information entered and for the lawful use of any documents generated.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Service
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in USD and include access to generate and download invoices
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 24 hours of purchase if the Service did not function as described
  • No refunds will be issued for generated documents that were successfully delivered

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Invoity and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Calculations depend on the information you enter and may not reflect every jurisdiction or business situation. Verify tax, accounting, and compliance requirements with a qualified local professional when needed.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Invoity, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invoity and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
