Terms of Service
These terms govern use of invoity.com, its financial-document generator, optional account features, PDF downloads, and Invoity Pro.
Lawful documents
Use Invoity only for accurate, authorized business records.
Clear subscription
Single PDF $2.29; Unlimited $9/month or $69/year.
User verification
You remain responsible for tax, legal, and compliance checks.
Agreement
By accessing or using Invoity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Invoity is a brand and product operated by SweetHelp LLC. References to “Invoity,” “we,” or the “Service” in these Terms refer to that product and its operator.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement to use account or paid features.
The service
Invoity provides an online editor for invoices, tax invoices, proforma invoices, receipts, sales receipts, cash receipts, quotes, estimates, credit notes, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
The editor can calculate totals, apply optional tax, discounts and shipping, customize layouts, and render a PDF. Features can change as the product develops.
Your documents
You own the business information and document content you enter. You give Invoity the limited permission needed to process that content, render a PDF, and provide any storage feature you choose to use.
You are responsible for checking identities, addresses, dates, quantities, rates, taxes, totals, terms, payment instructions, and the legal or accounting treatment of every document before using or sending it.
Prohibited use
Do not use Invoity to create fraudulent, deceptive, unauthorized, or unlawful records. You must not impersonate another person or business, misstate a transaction or payment, evade tax, distribute malware, probe the service, bypass access controls, or interfere with other users.
Invoity may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or a material breach of these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in method and for activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you believe the account has been accessed without authorization.
Saved documents and templates may contain customer or business information. Upload and store only information you are authorized to process.
Free and Pro
Creating and previewing a document is free. A single PDF download without the watermark costs $2.29 USD and includes re-downloads of that unchanged document in the same browser. Editing its contents, layout or color creates a different document.
Unlimited costs $9 USD per month or $69 USD per year, charged at purchase and renewing at the selected interval until canceled. New subscriptions have no free trial. Existing subscriptions retain the terms accepted at their checkout. The hosted checkout displays the applicable price and billing terms before confirmation.
Because SweetHelp LLC operates Invoity, that legal name may appear in hosted checkout, receipts, billing communications, or payment records.
Dodo Payments processes the live checkout and payment. You can cancel from the billing area; cancellation stops future renewal, while access normally continues through the current trial or paid period. Refund rights depend on applicable law and the checkout terms. Contact support for a billing review.
Product boundaries
Invoity is a document-generation tool, not accounting, bookkeeping, legal, tax, payroll, banking, payment-processing, or filing advice. Calculations use the values you enter and cannot determine whether a tax or fee applies.
Consult an appropriate authority or qualified professional where a transaction, jurisdiction, or industry has specific requirements.
Intellectual property
The Invoity software, site design, brand, original templates, and editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service or permit resale, scraping, replication, or creation of a competing copy from protected materials.
Availability and warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Invoity does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal legal compliance, a particular financial result, search ranking, or acceptance of a generated document by a third party.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid Invoity in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Changes and governing rules
Invoity may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material revisions are posted here with a new update date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without overriding mandatory consumer protections or courts that have jurisdiction by law.
