The official Invoity

Invoity launched in June 2026 as an independent web application for freelancers, contractors, agencies, and small businesses. It creates 11 document types in 12 layouts, including invoices, receipts, quotes, estimates, credit notes, purchase orders, and delivery notes.

Invoity is not accounting software, a bookkeeping service, a tax-filing product, a bank, or a payment processor. It helps create business documents; the user remains responsible for checking names, amounts, tax treatment, and local requirements.

How document data moves

The anonymous editor, PDF renderer, and optional account storage serve different purposes.

    While you edit

    The working draft is kept in the current browser session so the preview can update and a checkout round trip does not erase the document.

  2. 02

    When you request a PDF

    The document payload is sent to the Invoity backend for PDF rendering. The generated file is returned to the browser for download.

  3. 03

    If you remain anonymous

    The document is not saved to an Invoity account. First-party usage events can still record the page, document type, template, and aggregate actions, but not the document text as analytics metadata.

  4. 04

    If you sign in

    A downloaded document is saved to your account so it can be reopened. Reusable templates store the editor payload after you explicitly choose to save one.

Payments and pricing

Creating and previewing is free. PDF downloads cost $2.29 per document, or are included with Unlimited at $9/month or $69/year. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Dodo Payments provides the hosted checkout and payment processing; Invoity does not ask users to enter card details into the document editor.

Invoity does not publish invented customer counts, reviews, awards, certifications, or endorsements. Product claims are checked against the live editor and current pricing. Material factual corrections are dated and can be requested directly.
